Terms and Conditions
THE POSSESION OF THIS TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE AN ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS AND COMDITIONS DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLY AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO OBSERVE THEM.

1. All conditions on this ticket are to be read together with all statement and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises. Check the website for further information at www.wakestock.co.uk or look in the event magazine.
2. In the event of a breach of contract by the supplier, the supplier shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach which was not reasonably foreseeable by the supplier at the date of this contract.
3. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the concert, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively. Strictly no illegal substances, persons entering the site may be searched.
4. No camping is allowed in the car parks and no sleeping in vehicles in the car parks is permitted. Camping is allowed on the site only in designated camping areas, camping is only permitted with a weekend camping ticket. There is only one official Wakestock campsite. Tents will be removed if found pitched outside of the official campsite, in the car park or nearby fields.
5. No camper vans will be admitted on the site without a camper van ticket. Camper van tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available from the ticket office on site – there are a limited number available. Each person staying in the camper van must be in possession of a valid camping ticket. Also caravans and trailer tents will not be permitted on site at any time.
6. All ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband upon arrival – this must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
7. No alcohol is allowed to be taken into the arena. Glass is not allowed to be taken onto any part of the site – Wakestock Ltd. reserves the right to remove anyone caught in possession of any glass items from the site and refuse admission. You are also prohibited from bringing any fireworks, weapons, dangerous objects or audio/video recording equipment onto the site.
8. In the event of inclement weather wear warm waterproof clothing.
9. No private sound systems will be permitted anywhere on site – this year the police have the power to confiscate any sounds systems which are found anywhere on site.
10. Please use the bins provided – fires are not permitted anywhere on site and will be extinguished.
11. There are disabled facilities on site, including viewing platforms for the main stage.
12. Persons lost in the arena should meet at the information office on site.
13. No animals will be allowed on site.
14. No person under the age of 16 will be allowed onto the site. If you are under 21 it is recommended that you bring a form of ID with you. Accepted forms of ID are photo drivers licence, passport or proof of age cards. A clear colour photograph of your passport will also be accepted.
15. Forged tickets or wristbands will not be accepted for entry to the venue and the law prohibits and penalises the production and distribution of such items and unofficial merchandise.
16. Strictly no trading is allowed on site or at Pwllheli Marina site without prior written permission from Wakestock Ltd. and the correct passes being worn.
17. This ticket is for an event and not specific artiste/band. Wakestock Ltd. Reserves the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.
18. In the event of cancellation of the festival by Wakestock Ltd. their responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only.
19. Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued for lost tickets etc. Keep your ticket safe.
20. Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes.
21. You release Wakestock and the sponsors of the event and its contractors from all liability from loss or damage to person or property (save where injury to the person is brought about by their negligence) and you agree to comply with all rules and regulations relating to the venue and the event notified by Wakestock to you.
22. Wakestock shall not be liable for any items stolen or lost whilst on site. Please do not leave any valuable items in your tent. Lockers are available to rent on site.
23. This ticket is security printed. Please keep it dry as to get it wet may damage it. This ticket remains the property of the Promoter until payment is received in full.
WARNING IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO HEARING. ALSO FOR YOUR SAFETY CCTV CAMERAS WILL BE USED ON THE FESTIVAL SITE.
