One of the youngest athletes on the Pro Wakeboard Tour, Harley is at the top of his game. He dominated the Junior Tour in 08 and blew everybody out of the water in 2009 by winning the overall Pro Wakeboard Tour. He is one of only two riders in the world to win the tour in their debut season! An excellent contest rider and stylish freerider, he has earned his spot as one of the top wake athletes in the world.
