Radio 1 legend Pete Tong and the amazing Black Kids set to play Blenheim.

Get ready Woodstock for an invasion by Britain’s best-loved dance DJ. The legend that is PETE TONG will be making the trip to the Palace to headline the dance tent on the Sunday night. He will be joined by a host of special guests over the course of the evening.

Pete Tong doesn't need an award to prove his popularity and he won't act cool to keep his credibility. The host of Radio 1's groundbreaking Essential Selection show for a staggering eight years, he works within the mainstream, but is respected by the underground. Pete's Radio 1 show "The Essential Selection" is now the most listened to radio show on the internet attracting a global audience of over 12 million, so we know that he is going to go down well with the Relentless Wakestock crowds!

He will be joined on the Sunday night by exciting new band the BLACK KIDS who take to the main open air stage. In a matter of months the BLACK KIDS have risen from obscurity to become one of the most talked-about bands around. Word has spread like wildfire across the internet about a new band on the scene and with the release of their new single "I'm Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How to Dance with You" as a download and on pink vinyl last week, the BLACK KIDS are the ones to watch in 2008. Likened to The Cure but with grand electro rhythms and disco beats, they are currently touring the UK and will be there to stir the crowd into a frenzy on the Sunday night.
