Site Facilities

Campsite

Please check the “where to sleep page?” which has all the information on the campsite

ATM’s
There is an ATM on site situated on site, close to the box office. You will be able to download a handy information pack on the website before the event which will contain a site map so can you see it’s exact location.

Food and drink
We have a large selection of quality food stalls on site. You can bring your own food and drink (as long as it is not in glass containers) into the campsite but please be aware that you are not allowed to take BBQ’s or camping stoves on site. Alcohol in plastic bottles or cans is allowed into the campsite but not the music arena.
There are a number of bars around the site serving both alcoholic and soft drinks during licensed hours to over 18’s only. Please bring proof of ID to show that you are over 18. Do not buy alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 – if you do so you risk being ejected from the festival.

Funfair
There will be a funfair on site located in the music arena.

Litter
We ask you to respect the festival area as well as the surrounding countryside. – please use the litterbins provided.

Valuables
Please do not bring any valuable items onto site. Keep your money, bankcards and mobile phones on you rather than leaving them in your tent – don’t bring an expensive camera, why not use a disposable one instead?
We recommend that you do not leave any valuable items in your tent – you can pre-book a cloakroom ticket where you can store you valuables on site.

Parking
There is ample car parking available on site which costs £5 in advance or £10 on the day. Please make sure you follow the signs – you will be able to download an information map closer to the event that shows all the entrances and exits. Please note that if you exit the car park in your vehicle during the weekend you will have to pay for parking again once you re-enter the car park, so leave you car in the car park for the weekend and use the free buses provided.

Courtesy Buses
Courtesy buses information will be posted here prior to the event. Free courtesy buses will be running all weekend between Pwllheli, Nefyn, the festival site at Penrhos and Abersoch.

Cloakvroom

Leaving anything of value in your tent at a festival is risky as unfortunately thefts do occurr so we reommend that if you do have anything of value with you you purchase a cloakvroom ticket. By booking a cloakvroom ticket you will be able to store items including bags, coats and valuables securely and safely with the Clockvroom service. The set-up is manned 24hrs a day and you will exchange your booking confirmation for a secure wristband which enables you to access your valuables over the weekend, and means you don't have to worry about losing a cloakroom ticket on site. The ticket costs £11 in advance or £5 per day if purchased at the festival

Items not allowed on site
No pets, glass containers of any kind, BBQ’s, camping stoves, fireworks, laser pens, illegal substances, weapons or items which may be considered offensive weapons or mistaken for weapons are allowed on site. You are not allowed to take any alcohol into the music arena. Security staff will undertake searches and prohibited items will be confiscated. Think carefully about what you pack for the weekend.

We welcome people with special needs and every year we try to ensure we provide the appropriate facilities. Please call the festival ticketline on 01758 710000 before the event and we can send you an information pack before the event with all of the information you require.
