THE TING TINGS, ERIC PRYDZ, BAND OF SKULLS & ROLL DEEP CONFIRMED
The acts for Relentless Wakestock 2010 are really starting to take shape with a load more still to announce. We’re going to bring you up to speed with the awesome acts above who join our line-up and then at the bottom is the line-up so far. There are more still to announce including a couple more headliners, some mid-bill acts and a load of awesome core acts that rock!
THE TING TINGS we’re so stoked to announce on the bill this year. Number 1 single & number 1 album is just a couple of their accolades and come the festival this year, album number 2 “Kunst” should be making an appearance and targeting the number 1 spot again. It’s songs like ‘That’s Not My Name’, ‘Shut Up & Let Me Go’ and ‘We Walk’ that are no doubt prime material on your ipods after the huge success they achieved in 2008/09.
ERIC PRYDZ needs no introduction. We’ve been after him for the last few years to join in the fun in North Wales and thankfully he couldn’t resist any longer! Another number 1 artist we’re privileged to confirm following his massive hit ‘Call On Me’, that topped the charts in 7 different countries. ‘Proper Education’ followed and then ‘Pjanoo’ both making the number 2 spot in the UK charts and confirming his status as one of the most successful dance DJ & producers of the twentieth century.
BAND OF SKULLS are gonna seriously rock WS10. Most of you will know their material but for those that need reminding ‘Death By Diamonds & Pearls’ is legendary and the soon to be released ‘I Know What I Am’ will without doubt be bigger. You need to hear them again! Go to the We7 player on the right hand side and have a listen. It’s the 2010 Acts Announced So Far playlist.
ROLL DEEP are returning with a bang. The legendary grime pioneers have evolved since 2005 but still boasts the talents of founder members Wiley, Breeze, Scratchy, Flow Dan & Danny Weed. Their new single ‘Good Times’ drops on April 19th so look out for that.
These are just a few more acts to add to our growing line-up. There’s loads more to come as well as other great announcements for the festival this year. It’s fast approaching, and the sandy beaches, bustling bars, funky cafe’s and cool people are waiting patiently for you to join them. Remember, Boadshorts & Bikini’s are a must this year!
