RELENTLESS WAKESTOCK IS HERE!

It’s felt like a seriously long wait but at last Relentless WAKESTOCK 2008 is poised to kick off in style in the next couple of days. The site is rapidly taking shape and looking fantastic with so many additions & improvements to make the festival the best weekend of high octane wakeboard action & world class music entertainment.

We’ve just had a fantastic weekend at Blenheim Palace with awesome sets from Pendulum, Mark Ronson, Groove Armada, The Streets, Calvin Harris, The Futureheads & of course Happy Mondays. All these acts can’t wait to join the party at the original festival here in North Wales for the ninth year. Joining them will be 2008’s biggest selling artist Duffy as she plays her first home coming gig, along with Zane Lowe, Jo Whiley, The Hoosiers, Audio Bullys, Mystery Jets, Plump DJs & loads more on the 3 stages.

Some of the best wakeboarders are already in town, preparing to compete for the biggest crown in wakeboarding and the sliders they’ll be hitting are the craziest yet. You definitely need to make sure you get down to Pwllheli Marina each morning to experience it. When returning to the festival site the action continues with the wakeboard pool gap placed right in the middle of the site in front of the huge open air main stage. This is unique to any other festival in Europe!

There are tickets still available and we’re going to make sure there’s a load on the gate each day too, but to be safe it’s best to get them in advance at the official Wakestock store at www.wakestock.co.uk/store or locally at OSD or Fat Face in Abersoch, Divas or TRR in Pwllheli, Snowdonia Adventure in Caernarfon or Cob Records in Bangor & Porthmadog.

Thanks to everyone who was involved and attended the 1st Bleheim Palace event the weather held out and it was a huge success. Go online and check out all the photos. Click Here

Have a great weekend!
