SATURDAY COMES TO PASS AS THE CROWDS AT RELENTLESS WAKESTOCK ABERSOCH 2008 SHOW YOU HOW ITS DONE!

Saturdays action kicked off down the marina bright and early with the Pro Men’s qualifiers and the Women Pro competition at Relentless Wakestock Abersoch 2008. After a great party on the Friday night, crowds made their way out of their tents to witness the hot action out on the water. With a place in the Pro final at stake competition was fierce but in the end those going through to today’s final in the men’s competition include Nick Burton-Moore, Jonny Farley, Chris Woodhead, David Coat, Eban Escott, Tim Woodhead, Steven Dyer, Dan Jordan and George Newell
The Women’s Pro Competition also took place on the Saturday morning with the girls pulling off some amazing tricks in a bid to take home the title of Women’s Champion for 2008. This will be announced on the main open air stage on Sunday night along with the pro mens.
Up at the music site festival goers were able to enjoy performances from the likes of Mark Ronson and his Version Players who took to the Open Air Main Stage to perform hits such as Valerie and Stop Me. The Happy Mondays showed why they are a true festival favourites banging out some of their classic anthems. Welsh rockers Funeral for a Friend raised the roof of the XFM Arena and got a huge welcome from the home crowd.
Don’t miss out on the final night tonight when you can witness local girl Duffy’s homecoming alongside the likes of The Streets, The Hoosiers, Zane Lowe and more. Ticket will be available on the gate, so don’t miss out!
