MORE INFORMATION ON THE FESTIVAL

THe location where the festival takes place has to be seen to be believed. The site looks out over Cardigan Bay and is only a short walk from the nearest beach where many sightings of dolphins have been had. The trendy surf village of Abersoch is just down the road with golden beaches, cool cafes, bars & trendy surf shops. The main wakeboarding event takes place in the perfect arena of Pwllheli Inner Marina, with a 700 meter promenade that lines the competition course for the pro wakeboard event.

With free event shuttle buses making traveling the short distance between locations very quick and easy, one minute you can be playing in the warm surf the next you could be bouncing along to your favourite band or DJ with 20,000 other sun seeking, party loving fanatics.
Added to this is a display from the RAF each day including the Falcons parachute display team, Dakota Fly Past & Typhoon dispolay over the weekend.
On the festival site there's a whole host of funfair rides, market stalls, a great variety of food stalls, signing tents, sponsor stands with loads of cool give aways and the list goes on.
Of course don't forget the Wakeboard Pool Gap right in the middle of the festival site. A purpose built structure that has 2 connecting pools holding 180,000 gallons of water with street style rails & ramps. A revolutionary System 2.0 cable system tows the pro wakeboarders so they can show of their skills while you watch only meters away. No other festival has it in Europe
