Malibu Is The Official Tow Boat For 2009

News just in  - Malibu Boats are the new official tow boat of Relentless Wakestock for the next 3 years. Malibu are the world’s largest manufacturer of competition tow boats, and the wake behind the Malibu Wakesetters is highly respected by all professional riders worldwide. Any of the riders competing will tell you that when you are sitting on the dock at Pwllheli Marina with 7000 spectators lining the banks watching you, you need to have 100% confidence in the wake shape and size so you can make your run count. This is exactly what Malibu brings to the table!

The official UK importer of Malibu Boats is D2 Marine, who are based on the waters edge in Torquay on the south coast of England. They service the entire UK with sales and after service care. Dave Webster from D2 Marine says: "We are all excited at the prospect of a long term involvement with Wakestock. As far as we are concerned this is the most important event on the European calendar, and we intend to have a very pro-active involvement with the existing team. In addition to providing the tow boat we will be exhibiting our latest models on land and will have several support Malibu boats on the water"

Malibu have a very strong team of US pro riders and we will be making an announcement soon as to which of the team are heading over to compete in Relentless Wakestock. They will join a truly international field of athletes competing for the most coveted prize in the sport. The UK riders will want their Wakestock title back after three North Americans dominated the podium last year! Will Nick Davies, Dan Nott, Jonty Green or Marc Rossiter be able to clinch it back?
